Frequently Asked Questions

    What does mounting only mean?
"Mounting Only" means the main center diamond is not included.  Most of the engagement ring mountings on our site do not include the center stone.  Small diamonds that may be on the shank of the ring are included in the mounting only price. If you already own a stone, you can have it set by your local jeweler, or we can have the designer do it for you.  (proper stone identification required)

    How do I know that I will like the ring in person after only seeing it on the internet?
We will ship any product in stock out to you after full payment for inspection. If you do not like the ring, send it back for a full, complete refund.

    Can I return the ring if I don't like it?
There is a general 10-day return policy, but we want to do everything to make you happy the first time around. Any ring in stock can be sent to you, upon full payment, for you to inspect prior to having the ring created specifically for you.  Custom orders are NOT returnable, but might be exchangeable depending on the designer.

    How long will it take for delivery?
Delivery basically depends on the designer of the ring, but generally 4-6 weeks is a good estimate.  We do not advocate waiting until the last minute, but we are often able to do the impossible when it comes to rush jobs and get you your rings just in time.  

    How secure is ordering a ring over the internet?
Generally, all orders are placed by phone. Packages are sent through the post office, registered and insured, UPS, or FedEx.  Orders can be placed by credit card, wire transfer, money order or check. If paying by credit card, we must ship to the billing address.

    How do I figure out my ring size?
Any local jewelry store will be able to figure out your ring size. To place an order, we need accurate ring sizes to avoid complications.

    Where is weddingband.com located?
Weddingband.com is located in Philadelphia, PA, but we also have locations in New Jersey and Delaware. Find out about our company.

    Are all of your designs available at your locations?
Yes, but not all designs are stocked.  Call to set up an appointment if you want to visit one of our locations.  Your associate will arrange to have the designs you are interested in at the location to view.
